By accessing or using Cwtch Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Cwtch Events provides a platform for discovering and purchasing event tickets. You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets or create an organiser account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated by the event organiser. Refund policies are set by individual event organisers and vary by event.
Event organisers are responsible for their events, including accuracy of information, refund policies, and event fulfilment. Cwtch Events is not liable for cancelled or changed events.
We charge a service fee on ticket purchases. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
You may not post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
All Cwtch Events content, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Cavefish Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Cwtch Events is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
