There is no monthly fee, no setup cost and no listing fee, so a free event costs nothing to list, and a £20 ticket costs the organiser 90p: 3% of £20 is 60p, plus 30p. Payments run through Stripe Connect, and payouts go to your bank account weekly. Every listing is published in English and Welsh from a single submission, and each event records the language it is run in, so Welsh-speaking audiences can filter for Cymraeg events in every category. Organisers get unlimited events and tickets, QR-code tickets with check-in scanning, automatic confirmation and reminder emails, and a dashboard showing sales, views and fees. Cwtch Events is a separate business from Cwtsh Wales and from the venues and caterers that share the name.
